Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used wax beads cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at jbuwax@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
