Thank you for your order! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $169.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We currently ship to the United States. International shipping may be available — please contact us at jbuwax@gmail.com for inquiries.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at jbuwax@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
